Double your impact of Time and Treasure
Thank you for being a Friend of Scouting donor!
An easy way to double your contribution is through employee giving programs. Many corporations match employee donations to our council. These funds raised over $100,000 for local Scouting, in just one year!
Most companies will match gift amounts of $25.00 to $10,000. Why not take advantage of this match and double your donation?
If you volunteer with Scouts, your employer may also provide a “Dollars for Do’ers” financial contribution as a way to recognize your ongoing support. These grants can be anywhere from $25.00 to $25,000! Check to see if you work for a participating company. When you search in the Double the Donation box at the top of this page, the results will give you all of the details you will need to complete the brief process.
Please help us spread the word by sending this link to others in your company that should be taking advantage of this opportunity to help Scouting.
Get a Match, easy at 1-2-3
1.Make a donation
If you haven’t already, it’s easy to give online HERE!
2. Fill out the form
If your company offers gift matching, your Human Resource department should provide you with a matching gift form to send to the Silicon Valley Monterey Bay Council, BSA council office, along with or after your donation. Some companies use an online portal instead- your HR department will have the best info!
3. Send the form in
Once you’ve filled out your part of the paperwork, send it in to the council office (or send us an email letting us know you’ve started something in an online portal). We’ll take care of the rest by verifying receipt of your gift, and returning the form to your employer for matching funds.
